We have a 30-day return policy on all stocked items. These items will be marked on the product page as 'Stocked - 3-5 days delivery'. This means you will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn or unused, have tags, and be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the bespoke nature of some of the items we supply, goods are often made to order by the manufactures and consequently cannot be returned. These will be marked Made to Order on the product page clearly (under the buy it now button). If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org..
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We make every effort to deliver your items to you the way we would like to receive it and enjoy. However, things can go wrong so please ensure that you check your delivery as soon as it is received.
