This is a collection of pans, casseroles or low casseroles that will work as well on your hob as it will on your table. As you release the handles and transform the wooden lids into potholders and supports, these pans become beautiful serving plates and bowls for use at the table.
Available in a variety of sizes and with a variety of accessories (handles, lids etc). Pick the elements you want individually, then put them all together for organised storage, efficient cooking, or the creation of an elegant table.
Materials: nanotech coating on an aluminium core
Suitable for: induction, gas and ceramic hobs, oven proof.
These pans take a little more time than naked metal to come up to heat – patience is a necessary first ingredient for whatever is cooking in them – and in our experience, the pleasure of using them is worth every minute.
To preserve their colour and their coating, these pans require the kind of TLC one might expect from a non-stick pan.
Instructions for use:
- always use appropriate sized heat source (no flames licking at the edges)
- don't overheat or allow food to burn in them
- no metal implements, these are likely to scratch the surface coating
- avoid abrasives when washing (no powders or scourers)
- dishwasher safe on an eco or gentle cycle at temperatures of less than 50ºC.
