We were careful what we wished for as we looked for an answer to a perennial outside problem – how to stay warm and well lit by firelight on a night with a chill in the air, using a flame that isn't costing the earth? Then this 'genie-s' idea appeared to us (see what we did there?) just as the nights started to draw in.

'Flamtastique' not only throws a completely different light from a typical outside stove or burner, it’s also essentially an environmentally friendly, oversized bioethanol fireplace. Or, if you prefer, an abstract version of an old-fashioned oil lamp, just super-sized (and one we don't recommend rubbing for any more wishes, by the way – it's already fulfilled on its promise!).

In addition to providing light, this outdoor fireplace will keep you warm till deep into the night. So let yourself be lulled by its flickering flames, then start outdoing one another with your campfire stories.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

Fuel consumption approx 3.5 to 4 hrs with 2.5 litre Bio-ethanol

Base can be filled with either sand or water.

Place the lid on top of the Flamtastique when not in use.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean regularly with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and neutral soap.

Do not use chemicals, steel-wool or scrubbing sponges to clean Flamtastique.
