Description:

A collaboration with the London based, Cypriot born, Michael Anastassiades, 'Last Order' is a rechargeable table lamp that diffuses light through a transparent solid crystal base, the shape of which makes reference to the architectural typology of columns from an ancient world.

Choose between a simple cylindrical clear pillar or a fluted form – both carry the weight and clarity of pure crystal while each disperses light in its own more or less complex form, and either can be topped with a choice of capping finishes: brass, copper, steel, or opalised matt green.

The light source is contained in the top (as a freely detachable, rechargeable piece), and the light is diffused – in diminishing, dimmable, increments – from the top of the column right through to its base.

This ethereal light source is as beautiful as an ancient pillar with the light of a setting sun set against it – like a gift from the gods, or an act of devotion to the deities that control all things 'light'.

Versions of this lamp are on display in both our Wimbledon and Maida Vale showrooms.

Can be used indoors or out, but please note, Brass and Satin Copper finishes are ONLY suitable for indoor conditions.
